The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role is a PRN position involving 3-6 shifts per month, focused on delivering critical care in the ICU setting.
We seek a board-certified and licensed Nurse Practitioner (Adult-Gerontology Acute Care or Acute Care) or Physician Assistant with at least one year of critical care experience.
Responsibilities include managing complex critically ill patients independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing advanced clinical skills, evidence-based practices, and procedural expertise.
Qualifications include current BLS and ACLS certifications, strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency in critical care procedures.
