The Cardiac & Vascular Institute (TCAVI), a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is continuing to grow and is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our cardiology team in the Gainesville area.

This position offers a blend of outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital responsibilities within a collaborative, physician-led cardiovascular practice. Whether you’re an experienced APP or a motivated new graduate with a strong interest in cardiology, this is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced team while building a long-term career within a rapidly expanding cardiovascular network.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
• Conduct follow-up visits, hospital rounding, consults, and patient education
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing including EKGs, labs, imaging, and stress tests
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused cardiovascular care

Qualifications
• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure
• Cardiology experience preferred, but not required
• Open to motivated new graduates with strong interest in cardiovascular medicine
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
