Advanced Practice Provider (CNP/CNS/MPA-C) for Outpatient Neurology
 
This is a full time (Monday-Friday, no holidays, no weekends) position operating out of Springfield Neurology Outpatient Center. This consists of a full time outpatient practice, collaborating with DCND, Inc attending physicians. Primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and treating common acute and chronic neurological health conditions, prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, educating patients on health management, and collaborating with an attending physician, all within the scope of practice outlined by Ohio regulations; essentially providing neurological care to patients in an outpatient setting while adhering to state guidelines for Advanced Practice Providers.

PAY SCALE: The pay range for this position is $85,000 to $125,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state. 
 
BENEFIT OFFERINGS:
DCND offers a variety of benefits for full-time employees, including employer paid life and short term disability insurance, employer sponsored health, dental, and vision insurances. DCND also offers additional optional employee paid benefits including additional Life, Critical Illness, and Long Term Disability insurance. Time off for this position would be front loaded and starts at 160 hours (20 days).  This is prorated based on the new hires start date, and would also be prorated based on end date if employment ends.  80 hours (10 days) can be carried over each year. Time off is reloaded January 1 of each following year.  The amount of time off an employee gets is based on years of service.
