Job Description:
The Advanced Manufacturing Manager leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing capabilities that enhance operational performance across the organization. This role drives innovation in manufacturing processes by integrating modern technologies, establishing global standards, and supporting scalable production systems. By partnering with engineering, operations, and crossfunctional teams, the position strengthens manufacturing readiness, improves efficiency and quality, and supports longterm business growth. The role serves as a technical expert and strategic leader in advancing organizational manufacturing maturity.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Job Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, operations, or advanced technology roles; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred: Master's degree or certification in advanced manufacturing or automation; experience with quality systems, Lean, continuous improvement, and statistical methodologies; certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
