Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position:
The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer III is responsible for leading the development, implementation, optimization, and sustainment of manufacturing processes, tooling, fixturing, and equipment for new and existing products. This role independently supports manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs by driving manufacturability, process capability, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
The position works closely with cross-functional teams including Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Production to support Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), process validation, and production readiness activities. The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer III also supports continuous improvement initiatives, mentors less experienced engineers, and contributes to the successful transition of products from development into production while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Salary Range: $105,000-$115,000 + bonus
