Position Name: Advanced Clinical Pharmacist BMT Day Shifts: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (M-F) Sign ON: $20,000 SOB with 2-year commitment to be paid out in installments Relocation: Case by Case Facility Overview: This facility is a 523-bed, full-service medical and surgical acute care center. We offer comprehensive cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, and neurosciences. We offer minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery, weight loss surgery and treatment. We are fully accredited by the Joint Commission and certified as a Comprehensive Stroke Center. The facility has an Accredited Chest Pain Center by Client (American College of Cardiology) and is designated as a Blue Distinction Center for Spine Surgery and Bariatric Surgery. Job Summary: The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic. This individual serves as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy, the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists. Duties will include the coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects. Participation on multi-disciplinary rounds including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation will be performed.
