Key Responsibilities:
include performing comprehensive inpatient evaluations, managing daily rounds, developing and implementing care plans, responding to acute clinical needs, and facilitating smooth transitions of care. The APP will serve as a central clinical partner across several surgical specialties, promoting consistent communication and teamwork to support optimal patient outcomes. Position Summary:
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide inpatient-only clinical support for multiple surgical service lines at Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC). This role focuses on the co-management of postoperative and acutely ill surgical patients in a fast-paced acute care environment. The APP will collaborate closely with surgeons, residents, hospitalists, nursing staff, and ancillary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
