Position Title: Adult Undergraduate Recruiter

Reports To: Director of Chicago Campus and International Enrollment
Position Summary
The Adult Undergraduate Recruiter is responsible for the successful recruitment and enrollment of an adult student population at all of Dominican Universitys locations and modalities. The adult programs include bachelors degrees, certificates, and other workforce development offerings. A key indicator of success will be achieving the enrollment goals within their target population of students. The recruiter will partner with the Executive Director of Graduate and Adult Enrollment and university partner offices to create recruitment strategies and attend off-campus recruitment events, including, but not limited to, college and recruitment fairs and conferences relevant to their portfolio of programs, with the goal of generating new leads and promoting a portfolio of academic programs.
The recruiter will assist and participate in on-campus prospective student events, including open houses, information sessions, webinars, and new student orientation. The Recruiter is also responsible for nurturing prospective students throughout the enrollment lifecycle from lead to admitted student.
