REPORTS TO:
Adult School Director
DESCRIPTION:
- Assists in recruitment and placement of ESL/ELL teachers for the program
- Implements curriculum guidelines for each class level
- Creates and oversees the placement test materials and process
- Organizes a separate method of registration for ESL/ELL students
- Assists students in moving throughout the different levels of the program
- Works with teachers to assist in planning for different class levels
- Assesses the need for new materials to be added to classes
- Additional ESL/ELL program responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Adult School
- Prior experience with the Adult School ESL/ELL program preferred
REMUNERATION:
The salary for this position is $3,000 ($1,000 per semester)
