Under the guidance of the Adult Education Administrator, they deliver standards-based lessons, facilitate classroom activities, and foster a positive learning environment for diverse adult learners.
The role requires engaging students with varied backgrounds and skill levels, implementing lesson plans, supporting academic and career goals, and maintaining classroom management and documentation.
The ideal candidate exhibits flexibility, cultural responsiveness, strong communication skills, and adaptability to meet individual learner needs.
A valid teaching credential or appropriate substitute authorization is required.
