The Adult Education Career and Workforce Advisor reports to the Waubonsee Works Program Manager and serves as an integral member of the Adult and Workforce Education division, supporting the alignment of academic instruction, career pathways, and workforce readiness. The Advisor maintains a caseload of participants and provides comprehensive case management, including individualized planning, progress monitoring, and connecting students to academic, career, and supportive resources. In this role, the Advisor collaborates closely with faculty, program staff, and instructional teams within Adult and Workforce Education to support Bridge and ICAPS programming and ensure coordinated services for WIOA-funded students. The Advisor also partners across the college with Career Services and academic departments to align student supports and create seamless pathways into credit and noncredit programs.
