The Charlotte Dog Club is seeking a dedicated Adoption Specialist to facilitate our in-person adoption events.In this role, you'll play a crucial part in helping our adorable puppies find their forever homes.
Your Responsibilities:
Matchmaker: Get to know our puppies' unique personalities and guide potential adopters toward their perfect match.
Host with the Most: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at our adoption events, answering questions and providing information.
Puppy Pro: Ensure the puppies' well-being throughout the adoption process, handling them with care and attentiveness.
Paperwork Pro: Complete adoption paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Your Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience working with the public in a customer service or retail setting.
Animal Lover: A genuine love for dogs and a basic understanding of their behavior.
Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and able to present yourself in a polished manner.
People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
