Monte Nido & Affiliates seeks an Adolescent Clinical Director to lead clinical services for our adolescent eating disorder programs. In this role, you oversee evidence-based treatment, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of therapists and clinicians. You will manage intakes, treatment planning, and family engagement while promoting a compassionate, recovery-focused culture. The Clinical Director partners with medical and psychiatric leaders, supports staff training and development, and drives quality improvement to optimize client outcomes in residential and step-down levels of care.
