Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a Workfront Enterprise Architect. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Workfront Enterprise Architect to support a large-scale enterprise marketing workflow transformation initiative within a highly regulated environment. This individual will play a critical role in designing, supporting, and scaling a unified Adobe Workfront ecosystem across multiple business units and stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Adobe Workfront Core, Workfront Planning, and Fusion integrations, along with strong client-facing consulting capabilities and experience operating within complex enterprise organizations. This role requires a blend of technical architecture, workflow strategy, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support enterprise-scale Adobe Workfront architecture initiatives across complex business environments
Design and optimize workflow solutions leveraging:
  • Adobe Workfront Core
  • Workfront Planning
  • Workfront Fusion
  • Adobe DAM/AEM
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Marketo
  • CVENT
  • Serve as the primary integration and workflow SME connecting Adobe ecosystem tools and downstream business processes
  • Support ongoing build activities related to intake management, creative brief workflows, campaign operations, and process automation
  • Provide consultative guidance and coaching to stakeholders and client teams that are newer to the Workfront platform
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Fusion Developers, Workfront Analysts, and business stakeholders
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable workflow and platform solutions
  • Drive solution continuity, client satisfaction, and change management efforts during a key transition period
  • Operate as a strategic advisor capable of making architecture and platform decisions independently

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront enterprise implementations
  • Deep expertise with Workfront Fusion integrations and workflow automation
  • Experience supporting large, complex enterprise organizations and cross-functional business units
  • Proven ability to lead unified workflow transformation initiatives
  • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into scalable platform solutions
  • Ability to work independently in fast-moving and evolving environments
Preferred Qualifications: Experience within highly regulated industries such as:
  • Healthcare
  • Insurance
  • Financial Services
  • Government
  • Experience supporting enterprise marketing operations and campaign workflows
  • Familiarity with Adobe ecosystem tools and integrations
  • Experience supporting organizational change management and user adoption initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
