Contract to hire opportunity for an experienced Adobe Workfront Administrator

Client requirements:

  • Work authorization: US Citizen or GC holder
  • W2 hourly only for contract (no C2C)
  • Local to Minneapolis, MN area - onsite 3 days/week

WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a skilled and detail-oriented Adobe Workfront Administrator you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Adobe Workfront platform to support project management, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency across the organization. Primary point of contact for Workfront administration, ensuring the platform is effectively utilized to meet business needs. Additionally, this role will leverage Adobe Workfront Fusion to design, build, and maintain automations and integrations that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Administer and maintain the Adobe Workfront platform, including user management, system configuration, and integrations with other tools.
  • Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate marketing workflows (e.g., intake routing, approvals, status updates, and asset handoffs), reducing manual effort and accelerating campaign execution.
  • Integrate Workfront with marketing and enterprise systems (e.g., DAM, CRM, Content platforms) using Fusion, APIs, and webhooks, to enable seamless campaign execution and data flow.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders (marketing managers, project leaders, creative teams, and operations) to gather requirements, design workflows, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and templates to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
  • Provide training, support, and best practices to Workfront users, including guidance on automation and Fusion capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and Fusion scenario execution, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Adobe support as needed.
  • Regularly assess and optimize workflows, processes, and configurations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay updated on Adobe Workfront and Fusion updates and new features, recommending and implementing enhancements where applicable.
  • Partner with marketing operations and leadership to maintain governance, intake standards, prioritization frameworks, and capacity planning practices.

 

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Adobe Workfront Administrator or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion and Planning (scenario design, debugging, and optimization).
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, campaign management, and creative production workflows.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Adobe Workfront, including reports, dashboards, and templates.
  • Experience with API integrations, data transformation, and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $35.00 - $45.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
