The Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect is a senior leader on the business side (Marketing/Analytics department) responsible for overseeing H&R Block’s investment in Adobe Experience Platform and its related applications (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP & CDP Collaboration, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Mix Modeler, and Customer Journey Analytics). This role serves as the strategic owner of these platforms, ensuring they are fully leveraged to deliver personalized customer experiences, data-driven insights, and cross-channel marketing success. The AEP Architect will define the platform roadmap, align it with marketing strategies, and work across teams to implement and optimize solutions. The ideal candidate is a martech strategist with deep Adobe expertise who can translate business objectives into technical requirements, orchestrate complex integrations, and evangelize the use of AEP capabilities to drive marketing ROI.

Pay Range Information: The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
