ADO Implementation Project Manager

Job Description Seeking an Azure DevOps (ADO) Implementation Lead who functions more like a technical Project Manager / tool implementation lead. This individual will focus on configuring, optimizing, and operationalizing ADO as a task management and delivery platform within a regulated environment. The focus is on tool implementation, configuration, and enablement, not building systems from scratch. Skills and Requirements Strong experience configuring ADO: Boards, workflows, custom fields, automations Experience implementing and optimizing task management / PM tools (ADO preferred) Experience integrating ADO with external tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, Power BI) Experience supporting migrations from Jira or similar platforms Understanding of how ADO supports end-to-end delivery and workflow management Ability to translate business needs into system configurations Technical foundation with ability to understand data flow and system impacts ADO Administration background Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., manufacturing, aerospace, enterprise) Experience with: Advanced Jira workflows Permission schemes Exposure to reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) Experience supporting enterprise-scale ADO implementations
