In this role, you will champion the prospective student journey from start to finish-crafting engaging email and social media communications, and leading the end-to-end planning and execution of individual and group visit events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate impactful on and off-campus admissions events, including Bronco Visit Days and group visits.

  • Strategically plan events to maximize recruitment efforts.

  • Build relationships and guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process.

  • Demonstrate familiarity of curricular and co-curricular areas of the College in order to assist prospective students and their families.

  • Supervise all Student Worker - Tour Guides including, assisting in hiring, scheduling coverage, and accurate payroll.

  • Host campus visitors and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Maintain expertise in admissions and financial aid processes.

  • Oversee the admissions office hospitality area and perform administrative duties.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's degree in event planning or a related field plus one year of relevant experience in event planning or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
