Admissions Representative

Fort Hays Tech | Northwest is seeking a motivated and student-focused professional to join our team as an Admissions Representative. This position plays a key role in recruiting prospective students within an assigned geographic region and guiding them through the admissions and enrollment process while upholding established college policies and practices.

The Admissions Representative serves as a positive ambassador for the college by building strong relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and community partners. Successful candidates will be energetic, organized, and passionate about helping students achieve their educational and career goals.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and travel frequently

This position requires regular travel, along with evening and occasional weekend commitments.
