Admissions & Enrollment Specialist

Location: Boston, MA
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000

CFS has partnered with a higher education organization in seeking an Admissions & Enrollment Specialist to support enrollment efforts, based out of Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Contact prospective and admitted students via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• 
  
• Confirm enrollment interest and provide guidance on next steps.
• 
  
• Update and maintain student records within admissions databases and CRM systems.
• 
  
• Assist with enrollment campaigns and student outreach efforts.
• 
  
• Provide general administrative support to the Admissions team.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• 1+ year of experience in admissions, enrollment, customer service, sales, or a related field.
• 
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective students.
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• 
  
• Experience in higher education, admissions, or financial aid preferred.
• 
  
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
•
