Pay Range: $70,720-$87,360 based on years of experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Current LPN licensure in MN
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
  • Long-term care experience (preferred)

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

 

  • Serve as the primary facility representative facilitating the admissions process and procedure for residents and their families, facility staff and with referral sources so as to provide for ease and efficiency in the transfer of the residents to the facility
  • Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
  • Be responsible for coordinating admission inquiries from referral sources and the public, serving as the initial facility representative in inquiring parties for admission; and maintaining relationships with residents and responsible parties and referral sources. 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
