Job Title: Admissions Customer Service Representative and Processor
Department: Undergraduate Admissions
Reports To: Co-Director of Undergraduate Admissions
Location: On-site

Expected hours per week: Full-time, including some nights and weekend work

Summary Description: Recruit students in a designated geographic territory to meet both an individual territory goal and an overall enrollment goal.

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience: Experience in admissions, sales, communications, marketing, or other customer service fields is preferred but not required.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Must be able to access and navigate campus facilities.
Due to the travel requirements, college fair attendance, and event work in this position, Admissions Representatives should be able to lift and move 20+ pounds as needed, drive long distances, and stand for lengthy periods of time. For in-office studies, Admissions Representatives must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time to use telephones, computers, and other equipment required for communication with incoming students and other internal and external clients
