This position involves promoting the CDL Schools / Troops Into Transportation program to prospective students through personal interviews and business contacts.
Responsibilities include generating new leads from inbound calls or walk-ins, supporting the admissions team, greeting prospects, managing application data, submitting loan documents, and maintaining enrollment logs.
Additional duties include preparing training rosters, collecting student documents, supporting scheduling, and conducting outbound communications to improve show rates.
The role requires attendance at meetings and conferences, and performing other assigned tasks.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in computer and CRM software, and strong customer service skills.
