Admissions Coordinator

Foundations Behavioral Health in Doylestown, PA is currently seeking a per diem Admissions Coordinator to support our Admissions Department on evening, weekend, and night shifts. This position provides telephonic and in person risk assessments and crisis intervention, initial contact with referral sources and potential patients, coordinates the referral and intake process, determines appropriate level of care and maintains communication with referral sources, families, patients, and unit staff. The position is onsite in Doylestown, PA without a remote option.

Foundations Behavioral Health provides innovative behavioral health and academic services to children, adolescents and young adults working through a wide range of mental or behavioral health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and autism spectrum disorders. In collaboration with families, community supports and other providers, Foundations incorporates evidence-based, culturally responsive, and individualized treatment interventions within a nurturing, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology required.
  • Prior intake, assessment, admission, and crisis intervention experience with a mental health population is preferred.
  • Two years' experience with child/adolescent mental health clients and families preferred.
