Metropolitan Behavioral Health, a UHS facility, is a growing 144-bed behavioral health hospital that provides a full continuum of inpatient services across the entire patient population, including specialty programs to serve adolescents, adults, and older adults. The hospital also offers behavioral health assessments 24 hours a day and programs for co-occurring behavioral health and substance use issues. The facility provides a robust outpatient program utilizing a combination of group, family, and individual therapy.
Position Summary: The Admission Coordinator is responsible for answering the main doors as well as the hospital's multi-line phone, verifying patient insurances, obtaining signatures on admitting paperwork, patient registration, and processing of all admitting forms. The reception interfaces with the Intake Department, patients, and nursing units.

Qualifications:
Work Hours: This in-person role works 12-hour shifts. This person may work overtime, holidays, and weekends on a rotation basis.
