General Summary:Serves as a representative of the mission and values of the College to the internal Agnes Scott community and to the public such as, but not limited to, high school visits, college fairs, and recruitment-related events. An Admission Counselor is heavily involved in the enrollment and admission process through recruitment travel, application review, admission and financial aid counseling, and partaking in admission events. This role reports to the Associate Director of Admission position; and they will work with campus colleagues, prospective students and their families, high school counselors, and alumnae in recruiting students to Agnes Scott College.
Essential Job Functions:
REQUIREMENTS
Education: BA/BS in related occupational field of study.
Experience: Minimum 1 year work experience in admission or a related field with other employers, plus 6 months training time at ASC, for a total of 1+ years experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, walking, and occasional moving of light objects. Work is performed in an office with occasional travel.
