Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Hillcrest Cottages - Papillion NE Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for an experienced and passionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator LNHA to lead our team at Hillcrest Cottages our skilled nursing community located on the Hillcrest Country Estates campus in Papillion.

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator provides overall leadership and operational oversight of the community ensuring exceptional care regulatory compliance financial performance and an outstanding team member experience. This role partners closely with clinical leaders and department heads to support a culture of service accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight of the skilled nursing community
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with state and federal guidelines

What Were Looking For

  • Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator LNHA license in Nebraska required
  • Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead teams drive performance and build positive workplace culture
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
