Employment Status: Full-Time (.75 or greater)
Hours per Pay Period: 1.00 = 80 hours every two weeks (Exempt)
Starting Wage DOE: $42.96 - $53.70

The incumbent in this role provides immediate supervision, direction and support to clinical and non-clinical departments within Billings Clinic, providing administrative presence and support in conjunction with and or in the absence of leadership team. Responsibilities include acting as an administrative resource and liaison to outside agencies such as law enforcement and the media, attending to patient and family issues, ensuring proper staffing, dealing with emergency situations and resolving problems while fulfilling the leadership role throughout the organization to ensure quality patient care. Maintains established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, quality improvement programs, safety and environmental standards and regulations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Supports and models behaviors consistent with the mission and philosophy of Billings Clinic and department/service. Responsible for promotion of, and adherence to, the elements of Billings Clinic's Code of Business Conduct and corporate compliance program.
    * Acts as a clinical resource, educator, mentor and provides leadership to all staff members seeking advice for clarification of a policy and/or procedural issues. Demonstrates and encourages an ethic of open communication, collaboration and teamwork throughout the organization. Participates in building an environment of shared commitment to Billings Clinic's goals and responsibility to achieve quality outcomes.
    * Acts as a liaison and patient advocate to the community demonstrating sensitivity to the ethical and legal ramifications of practice. Responsible for coordination of requests for media
