Job Title: Administrator - Insurance Operations Location: Toronto Pay Rate: 22/per hour Work Mode: ONSITE 12+ Month Contract Summary: Support colleagues in the Operations Planning Department. Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of relevant documents/information, including report preparation. Contribute to achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives. Adhere to company policies and performance standards. Update reports based on predefined templates regularly to ensure accurate entry. Maintain a basic understanding of core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation. Requirements: Bilingual in French and English preferred 1 year of administrative work experience. Ability to complete tasks with excellent care and attention. High school diploma or equivalent.
