About Us: We are dedicated to providing exceptional long-term and rehabilitative care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our team at Haleyville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, ensuring compliance with Alabama state regulations and delivering the highest quality of care to our residents.


Compensation: $65,000 per year

Qualifications:

  1. Licensure: Must hold a current and valid Nursing Home Administrator license issued by the Alabama Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
  2. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Care Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
  3. Experience: At least one year of full-time experience as a nursing home administrator or completion of a Board-approved Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program.
  4. Character: Demonstrated good moral character and a genuine interest in the well-being of nursing home residents.
  5. Health: Must be in good physical and mental health to perform the duties of the position effectively.
  6. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex operations in a healthcare setting.
