Administrator

Payrate:$ 48.62/hr

Duration :6 months

Location:Berekely,CA

Under general direction, the Administrator performs a broad range of moderately complex administrative tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and adherence to organizational policies and professional standards. Responsibilities include calendar management, travel coordination, HR process support, event logistics, office operations, compliance, and administrative team leadership.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as liaison between Human Resources and internal management for:
    • Recruitment, hiring, promotions, terminations, and affiliate processing
    • Advising managers on processes and documentation
    • Coordinating performance reviews
  • Serve as work lead for administrative staff on projects and daily operations
  • Draft and manage moderately complex and sensitive correspondence
  • Provide executive-level administrative support:
    • Manage and prioritize calendars and meetings
    • Track and respond to requests and inquiries
    • Prepare for recurring processes and events
  • Utilize financial management systems:
    • Generate reports
    • Coordinate transactions with finance teams
  • Provide administrative support for proposal development
  • Lead events and logistics:
    • Plan and manage meetings, reviews, and conferences
    • Oversee budgets and ensure policy compliance
  • Develop presentations and materials
  • Process consultant/service requisitions
  • Interpret and implement organizational policies and procedures:
    • Communicate updates to staff and leadership
  • Manage website and social media content

Other duties may be assigned.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

I. Education & Experience

Required:

  • 0–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
  • Experience working collaboratively as a team member or lead
  • Experience managing moderately complex processes

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • Experience managing budgets and event logistics
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or large departments

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional discretion
  • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
