Key Responsibilities
Complete administrative and managerial responsibility for the healthcare center.
Act as the primary motivator and support person for Department Directors, partners, patients, families, physicians, and the local community.

Qualifications
Current, active Missouri Nursing Home Administrator License (Required).
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Business or Health Care Administration preferred).
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional care.
