Administrative Warehouse Clerk
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
No weekends required
Overtime available as needed
Unpaid lunch break
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Office Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational functions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist visitors professionally
Manage filing, email correspondence, and general office organization
Enter customer and sales orders accurately into the database
Print and process sales orders for warehouse operations
Schedule appointments and coordinate daily office activities
Support communication between office staff and warehouse personnel
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of proven office or administrative experience on resume/work history
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Professional phone and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
Familiarity with order entry or inventory systems
