The Transaction Processor Associate III supports various transaction processing functions, primarily focused on researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems. This role also supports open enrollment transactions and requires high attention to detail, accuracy, and a positive approach in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The associate will report to a Transaction Processing Supervisor and must consistently meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations.
Process all assigned transactions accurately and in accordance with procedural guidelines.
Meet or exceed daily productivity targets for each assigned task.
Maintain quality standards with zero errors, following the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
Deliver excellent internal and external customer service, ensuring consistent professionalism.
Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of all required systems, tools, and procedures.
Complete tasks within required timeframes to meet contract and operational deadlines.
Arrive on time and be prepared to perform responsibilities at the start of each shift.
Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude toward assigned tasks.
Follow all attendance policies and procedures.
Support additional tasks or projects as assigned by leadership.
College degree preferred.
Experience in Eligibility Determination, Transaction Processing, or similar administrative/operational roles is a plus.
Ability to type 45 WPM or higher.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, multitask, and adapt to change.
Ability to quickly learn and use standard software applications and PC systems.
Solid problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and apply feedback for improvement.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, and correct errors.
Ability to sustain productivity while meeting quality standards.
Ability to work independently after completing initial training.
Regularly required to sit, type, use hands, and reach.
Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally.
Vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
