This position provides administrative support by performing clerical duties to meet the operational needs of the office or department.
Responsibilities include: typing correspondence, reports, and articles; greeting visitors; answering phones and taking messages; scheduling appointments and meetings; maintaining files and records; taking meeting minutes; collecting payments; managing inventory and supplies; and performing related duties as required. All duties are essential functions under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred; experience in customer service or healthcare environment is a plus.
