The Administrative Support Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Director of the Office of Program Assessment (PASS) within the Office of the Provost. This position plays an important role in supporting curriculum management, assessment activities, and institutional reporting processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring and tracking curriculum updates across campus systems and internal trackers; preparing agendas for campus committees; collecting and archiving annual program assessment reports; and maintaining department websites. The position also supports campus program review processes, manages the PASS operating budget, and coordinates travel and conference arrangements. Additional duties include processing administrative transactions in Workday and PaymentWorks, managing office equipment and supplies, and assisting with the preparation of reports as well as drafting or revising administrative policies and procedures. This role regularly interacts with staff in the Provost's Office and a wide range of on- and off-campus stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Experience with Workday and PaymentWorks is preferred. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential duty, along with the ability to maintain collegial and collaborative working relationships.

Salary Information: $19,965 - $20,964, commensurate with experience
