Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage information
• Handle inbound and outbound customer service communications
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Process and maintain confidential customer and account information
• Resolve discrepancies and follow up on missing or incomplete information
• Maintain accurate records within company systems and databases
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and issue resolution
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, insurance verification, medical office, or related experience preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, production-driven environment preferred
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare processes, or insurance verification is a plus
