Pay Grade N24 Salary FLSA Non-Exempt Job Summary/Basic Function
This position provides administrative, operational, and budget support to the department of the Davis Administration and WSU Davis Campus. Oversees information desk operations. Supervises hourly employees. Assists with planning and implementation of events. Provides support and serves as a liaison to faculty and other stakeholders at WSU Davis. Corresponds and interacts with members of the university, community, and stakeholders. Makes appropriate referrals. Tracks inventory, creates spreadsheets. Designs and distributes marketing materials. Maintains WSU Davis campus website, department email, and other departmental records. Serves on committees. Completes other duties as assigned. Occasional evening and weekend hours required.

The annual salary for this position starts at $35,500 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with a generous benefits package.
