Job Title: Association Administrator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25-$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

AMS | Association Management Services NW is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Association Administrator to join our Kennewick team!

This role provides administrative and operational support to our Association Business Managers while serving as a primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors. If you enjoy staying organized, juggling multiple priorities, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to Association Business Managers and assist with daily portfolio operations.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare meeting materials, and assist with meeting minutes.
  • Process homeowner requests, architectural applications, and community communications.
  • Maintain community records, portals, and documentation.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor communication, and work orders.
  • Assist with mail, filing, scanning, and general office operations.
  • Support accounts payable by processing vendor invoices and maintaining documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent service for our communities.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Comfortable learning new software and systems.
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two or more years of administrative or office experience.
  • Property management, HOA, or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects and working with deadlines.
