This position involves performing routine to moderately complex professional staff duties under general supervision. The selected candidate will handle front desk clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting customers, and processing applications and verifications.
Key responsibilities include extensive data review and data entry, along with participation in special projects related to Family Assistance programs.
Customer service is a top priority, with training provided onsite alongside existing clerical teams, as well as classroom and virtual sessions.

• Strong communication and data management skills needed to support customer interactions and program functions.
