Starting Salary: $70,304+ annually | Monthly Bonus Opportunities | Full-Time | In Person


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administrative Sales Office Manager to oversee daily operations, employee supervision, facility management, and program coordination within our Adult Day Program serving individuals with developmental disabilities.


This leadership role works closely with management and program teams to ensure operational excellence, staff development, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client care.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, solution-oriented, and capable of leading within a fast-paced and continuously growing environment.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise site management and daily program operations
  • Support employee performance, coaching, and accountability
  • Work closely with Case Managers to support client goals and progress
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Monitor documentation accuracy and reporting requirements
  • Maintain effective communication with leadership and management teams
  • Support implementation of educational and behavioral programs
  • Assist with operational growth and process improvement
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and professional work environment
  • Conduct leadership coaching and staff training


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Experience within social services, healthcare, or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background clearance
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification (may be obtained after hire)
  • Physical exam and negative TB test required
  • Valid California Driver's License required
