• Pay Rate: $20.00 $24.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day Shift, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (5x8 Hours)

Job Summary

This is a new provider patient enrollment role focused on processing approximately 2,000 patients into concierge medical plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Call handling on inbound/outbound patient calls, providing details and answering questions about concierge medical service plans
• Email payment links, information pamphlets, and enrollment forms to interested patients
• Process enrollment paperwork and confirm enrollment
• Patient check-in (lunches and breaks)
• Patient chaperoning (lunches/breaks)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma (HSD) or GED required

Required Experience

• 3 years of recent experience working as an Executive Assistant, High-End Sales, Patient Services Representative (PSR), or Enrollment Specialist
• 2 completed supervisor references required

Required Skills

• Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and use proper grammar

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CS-Link/Epic
• Understanding of medical terminology
