Non-Clinical - Administrative/Patient Services Coordinator

Location: Wilmington, NC

Onsite Flexibility: Onsite

Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 3 months
  • Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (5x8 Hours)
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a coverage position for a Leave of Absence (LOA) at a Coastal OBGYN & Midwifery practice. The Patient Services Coordinator will provide front desk reception and administrative support, serving as a key point of contact for patients during their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check patients in upon arrival
  • Take payments from patients
  • Answer phones
  • Check out patients
  • Schedule follow-up appointments per provider request

Required Skills

  • Epic clerical training
  • Customer service skills

Required Experience

  • Front desk reception experience, including checking patients in, taking payments, answering phones, checking out patients, and scheduling follow-up per provider request
