Job Details

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will serve as a key support partner by helping create structure, improve organization, and maintain important company documentation and systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to processes, has strong administrative capabilities, and naturally becomes the go-to person for organization, process support, and technology-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft applications, confident navigating digital platforms, and enjoys improving workflows while creating polished, professional documentation and processes.

Responsibilities:
Create, edit, format, and maintain company policies, procedures, and internal documentation
Organize and manage digital files, records, and shared resources to improve accessibility and consistency
Support updates, edits, and ongoing maintenance within SharePoint and other internal systems
Ensure documentation is accurate, standardized, organized, and professionally presented
Coordinate administrative projects and support priority operational initiatives
Identify opportunities for process improvement and help create more efficient workflows
Communicate and collaborate across departments to gather information and support business needs
Assist with operational organization and provide high-level administrative support as needed
Serve as a resource for technology-related administrative needs and system navigation
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and related applications
SharePoint experience preferred, though candidates with strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency are encouraged to apply
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and a strong eye for formatting, presentation, and accuracy
Comfortable learning and adapting to new software, systems, and technology tools
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Prior experience in administrative support, operations coordination, project coordination, or documentation-focused roles preferred
