About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative & Operations Assistant who thrives on organization, structure, and helping teams stay on track.

You’ll support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and operational projects while gaining exposure to how a growing company manages internal processes.

Responsibilities

  1. Calendar management and scheduling

  2. Email coordination and inbox organization

  3. Vendor communication and coordination

  4. Track payments and administrative records

  5. Maintain and update Google Sheets

  6. Support project coordination tasks

  7. Help document internal systems and processes

  8. Assist with hiring coordination and scheduling

Qualifications

  1. Strong organization and time management

  2. Proficiency with Google Sheets

  3. Strong written communication

  4. Detail-oriented and reliable

  5. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Nice to have:

  1. Familiarity with Salesforce

  2. Interest in marketing or operations

Compensation

$18 – $20 per hour

OTE

$37,000 – $41,600 annually
