A bit about us:

A growing IT services company is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the office during a 3–4 month maternity leave coverage assignment. This is a great fit for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills who can step into a fast-paced office environment and help keep day-to-day operations moving.

The current employee will still be in office to help with training, so this is not a “figure it all out on your own” situation. The team is looking to move quickly with a one-and-done interview process and an ideal start as soon as possible.

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members
  • Support purchasing and ordering of customer equipment
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, equipment tracking, and licensing
  • Help organize and maintain internal inventory
  • Keep customer files, records, and databases updated
  • Prepare reports for department and leadership needs
  • Attend office meetings and support general office administration
  • Assist with additional projects as assigned

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management
  • Comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, and internal team members
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Sell, and ITGlue is a plus, but not required
  • Prior experience in IT services, technology, office administration, customer support, purchasing, or inventory coordination is a plus
