Our services are designed to work alongside curative treatments and to support patients at any stage of their illness. We specialize in assisting individuals affected by conditions such as heart disease, lung disease, Alzheimer's, neurological diseases, and more. We partner closely with primary care physicians to deliver compassionate and comprehensive care throughout a patient's health journey.Responsibilities:• Coordinate and support daily administrative and operational functions• Track and assist with clinical program activities and deliverables• Monitor inventory levels and maintain office and clinical resources• Manage inbound calls and provide communication support as needed• Compile and maintain recurring weekly reportsQualifications:• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Familiar with Microsoft Office• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks• Professional communication skills• Previous healthcare experience is a plusWork Schedule:Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:00 p.m.Pay:$23-$25 per hour
