Role Overview:
Our client, a group of long-term care affiliates, is seeking an Administrative Nurse Manager to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct all assigned unit activities to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Compensation: $110,000.00 - $118,000.00
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 ($5,000 at end of 90-day probation, $5,000 at 1-year anniversary)
Location: Bronx, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am – 5 pm

Responsibilities:
•    Direct day-to-day neighborhood activities in compliance with regulations and guidelines
•    Manage and supervise staff, ensuring competencies in care delivery
•    Collaborate with Clinical Nurse Managers, Resident Service Coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams
•    Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
•    Monitor budget and resource allocation for assigned units
•    Ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records
•    Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
•    Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners

Qualifications:
•    Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN or MSN preferred
•    Minimum 2 years experience as a staff nurse
•    Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in long-term care, hospital, or related setting
•    Current NYS RN license in good standing
•    Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing long-term care
•    Excellent clinical competencies, communication, and writing skills
•    Demonstrated ability to manage staff and resources effectively
•    Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office
•    Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus
