Join our team as the Administrative Fellow at the INTEGRIS HEALTH Corporate Office, in Oklahoma City, OK.
INTEGRIS Health offers a 14-month administrative fellowship for emerging health care leaders. The fellowship provides the knowledge and skills necessary for effective leadership in a highly complex health care environment. The fellowship is flexible, allowing individuals to mold the experience to fit their interests and career goals, while also helping the organization achieve its goals. Throughout the year, the fellow is exposed to the operations of an integrated health system with both large metropolitan hospitals, smaller rural facilities, specialty hospitals, and many other community partnership facilities. This unique learning opportunity allows the fellow to obtain a view of health care operations from both a system and hospital perspective.
