The Wilma and Peter Veldman Family Psychology Clinic at the University of Notre Dame is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic and mission-driven team. As the public face and organizational heartbeat of the Clinic, this individual will help ensure the smooth daily operations of a space dedicated to advancing mental health care through research, education, and compassionate service to the community.

The Veldman Family Psychology Clinic is Notre Dame's premier center for clinical science, training, and community mental health. As part of the College of Arts & Letters, the clinic brings together faculty, staff, and students who are pioneering innovative research, delivering exceptional care, and preparing the next generation of mental health professionals. Our work is deeply grounded in the University's mission to be a force for good-with a particular focus on expanding access to evidence-based, high-quality mental health services for underserved populations.
About the Position:
The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and office management support to the Director, faculty, and staff of the Veldman Family Psychology Clinic. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic by creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for visitors, faculty, students, staff, clients, and research participants.
